Description
The Lab work introduces student to general form of plant cells and the materials of plant cell wall; form of plant cell nucleus; types and forms of cell plastids; types and forms of inclusion materials and their identification using certain reagents; types of cell and the structures forming dicotyl and monocotyl stalks, and origins and types of fragments in stalk-derived simplicia; anatomical structures forming dicotyl and monocotyl roots, and origins and types of fragments in root-derived simplicia; anatomical structures of dicotyl leaf, stomata, trocomas and fragments in leaf-derived simplicia; anatomical structures of dicotyl flower and fruit, and forms, types and origins of fragments in flower-fruit-derived simplicia
