Mami Hamaguchi Gives Lecture at FF UNAIR

Currently, collaboration is an important thing that must be done to achieve a goal. Because by working together hand in hand, all parties can complement and help each other. The Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR) is well aware of this and continues to collaborate with many parties, both from within and outside the country, in line with SDGs point 17.

FF UNAIR is now collaborating again by inviting foreign guests. Mami Hamaguchi, a practitioner from Sakura Country, Japan, visited FF UNAIR today (4/3/2024). He is a Manager at the 2nd largest healthcare company in Japan, namely Daiichi Sankyo. Mami Hamaguchi studied a Master of Pharmacy Degree at Hoshi University, so she was trusted to become a Manager in the product development department.

The purpose of inviting him here was to share knowledge about cosmetic technology and skin care. Located in the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building Hall, Mami Hamaguchi delivered material entitled "Cosmetic and Skin Care Technology". Nearly 100 lecture participants who attended at that time were quite enthusiastic about listening to every explanation from Mami Hamaguchi.

At that time, it was explained what cosmetic and skin care technology under the Minon brand is currently being developed by Daiichi Sankyo based on people's skin conditions and problems. But before that, Mami Hamaguchi asked the lecture participants whether any of them had skin problems. It turns out that many lecture participants admitted to having skin problems such as dry and sensitive skin.

"These skin problems are also experienced by Japanese people. This must of course be overcome by choosing the right skin care products," said Mami Hamaguchi.

He brought many Minon products that lecture participants could try. These products include sunscreen, moisturizer, soap, and towels for sensitive skin. What's even more interesting is that participants who ask can get one of the products brought by Mami Hamaguchi. Of course, this attracted lecture participants' interest in asking questions, thus making the question and answer session even more lively.

Mami Hamaguchi answered all questions with great detail and clarity. In fact, the participants were very satisfied with his answers.
